These easy 4 ingredient pickled peppers make a delicious condiment to any salad, on top of a sandwich, in a wrap or as a snack!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 32 ounce empty jar with tight fitting lid
  • 4 cups Sweet Mini Peppers, sliced into rings
  • 2 cups white vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • 2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1.  Place sliced peppers in the clean jar and set aside.
  2.  In medium saucepan, boil vinegar + honey + salt stirring until the salt and honey are dissolved.
  3.  Pour hot mixture over peppers, leaving appro 1/2 at the top of the jar. Seal the jar tightly. 
  4.  Allow 24 hours in the refrigerator for best flavor.
