3 cups almond flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup honey
1 cup ripe bananas (approx. 2 large)
1 cup shredded zucchini
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
preheat oven to 350 degrees and line 2 loaf pans with parchment paper
mix dry ingredients in bowl
add beaten eggs, banana, zucchini, honey and coconut oil
mix until combined.
bake for 30-35 min until toothpick comes out clean.
