Ingredients
- 1 bunch of asparagus
- salt
- pepper
- olive oil spray
- parmesan cheese [optional]
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Wash and snap off ends of asparagus
3. Lay out asparagus on a pan covered in parchment paper.
4. Spray with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese if using.
5. Roast for 15 min or until crispy….depends on the girth of your asparagus.
