1 cookie scoop almond butter
2–3 pitted dates
2 cups unsweetened almond milk (I use half frozen almond milk cubes and half liquid form)
1 frozen banana
1 tsp pumpkin spice
1 tsp vanilla
sprinkle of Himalayan salt
1 scoop Vanilla protein powder or Collagen powder
2 Tablespoons Pumpkin Puree (optional)
Instructions
Blend dates with nut butter to really puree the dates.
Add all other ingredients and blend.
Notes
*If difficult to blend, add more unsweetened almond milk slowly until right consistency is reached. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon if your feeling fancy.
