Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cubed butternut squash, roasted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 15-ounce can chickpeas (rinsed and drained)
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil 
  • 1/4 tsp each sea salt + pepper (to taste)
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Roast butternut squash and cube.
  2. Add all ingredients to blender/food processor and mix until smooth.
