1 cup cubed butternut squash, roasted
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 15-ounce can chickpeas (rinsed and drained)
1/3 cup tahini
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp each sea salt + pepper (to taste)
1/2 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
Roast butternut squash and cube.
Add all ingredients to blender/food processor and mix until smooth.
