Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 medium head cauliflower
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley (fresh)
  • olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees
  2. Wash cauliflower and slice into thick slices (approx 1 in thick).
  3. Place on parchment paper or spray cookie sheet with olive oil, spray cauliflower with olive oil.
  4. Mix seasonings (except for parsley) in small bowl and sprinkle generously over cauliflower slices.
  5. Roast for approx 10 min or until al dente (NOT MUSHY!)
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley!
