These easy 4th of July treats involve a frozen banana, high quality chocolate (for a crispy shell) and some festive red, white and blue sprinkles! Freeze them the night before and then whip them up in a short afternoon for a fun American party treat everyone will love!

Ingredients

RIPE bananas

good quality chocolate (Guittard, Columbian 85% Dark chocolate, chocolate wafers)

Toppings (sprinkles, coconut, peanuts etc)

Cute decorative toothpicks 

Instructions

Peel bananas and place in freezer bag overnight 

the next day: melt chocolate over double broiler…DON’T take the bananas out of the freezer until your chocolate is melted! The bananas melt fast!

Once its melted, remove the bananas and cut into your desired size. 

Dip dip dip and roll roll roll!
